Shipping Policy
1. Processing Time
All bolsitas are handmade and packed with care. Orders are usually processed within 3 to 7 business days after purchase, unless otherwise stated during a drop or special announcement.
Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or shipping carrier delays.
2. Shipping and Tracking
Bolsitas by NDG currently offers U.S. shipping only. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Bolsitas by NDG is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
3. Delivery Issues
Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times and delays are outside of our control. Bolsitas by NDG is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages once they are with the carrier.
